About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or freshers who are looking to kickstart their career in the fast-paced IT industry. You’ll be trained and mentored with the goal of long-term career growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities across teams
- Manage schedules, documentation, and communication for ongoing projects
- Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure smooth project flow
- Track project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Organize and document meetings, follow-ups, and status updates
- Support project managers with daily administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic IT environment
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- A team player with strong organizational skills
Eligibility:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineÂ
- Candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore are preferred
