Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll be trained and mentored with the goal of long-term career growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to manage the financial records for our US & Mexico branch. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, be proficient in QuickBooks, and have strong English communication skills. This is a remote role requiring work during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records, general ledger, and reconciliations for our US & Mexico branch.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with US & Mexico accounting regulations.
- Prepare financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage financial operations efficiently.
Must-Have Skills:
- 1+ year of bookkeeping/accounting experience (preferably in the US & Mexico financial system).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with US & Mexico payroll and tax filings (1099, W-2, CFDI, SAT regulations).
- Knowledge of Xero or other accounting software is a plus.
- Spanish language skills (preferred but not mandatory).
